🧩 How to place an order?

STEP 1- SEND YOUR PROJECT
Send an email to joan.canadell@estudiantat.upc.edu with:

• Your 3D file (.stl, .step, .stp, or .obj)

• A short description of what you need

• The print quality (standard / high)

• The color of the material you want

STEP 1- RECEIVE OUR PROPOSAL
Within 24 hours, we’ll contact you with:

• The best way to print or execute your project

• The estimated hours required

• The total price

• The expected completion date

STEP 1- CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
If you agree with our proposal, purchase the required design or printing hours from our website.
When making the payment, please write your name in the indicated field so we can link it to your project.

STEP 1- PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Once ready, you can pick up your item at Via Stellone 9, Torino.

• Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 22:00

• Saturday & Sunday: depending on our availability

• Mornings: depending on our availability
